MediaBank offers best in class training and support services to client across its product portfolio. Experienced staff is available to support clients through system implementation, training and on-going maintenance and enhancement support. Our support personnel have deep media and system experience, and MediaBank offers a multi-media training and support menu to choose from.
Our training and support services are highly customized to client needs and include any of the following components:
- Initial Training and System Education: With system implementation, MediaBank provides a comprehensive end-to-end system training program for all modules within its product portfolio. Education services include class room/instructor-led training sessions, robust e-learning system and simulation tools and full online system documentation and help menus. We work very closely with each client to design and tailor a training program appropriate for their unique user base and workflow needs.
- On site Support Services: During or post-implementation, clients may choose to have MediaBank system experts and support staff located on-site to field user inquiries or conduct follow up education. MediaBank staff brings both media business experience and in-depth system knowledge to bear on-site and among client buying teams. Each on-site support personnel is also well-equipped with a number of e-learning and online support management tools to ensure clients a smooth transition onto the MediaBank system.
- Maintenance and Support Services: MediaBank provides telephone and online consultative support via a centralized support management platform. Clients can expect immediate access day or night to a MediaBank system expert at anytime once they are working on the MediaBank platform. MediaBank support procedures ensure that all client inquiries are handled according to severity and within an agreed to response schedule.
- Upgrades and New Releases: Depending on the system, MediaBank may make available to clients upgrades and new Releases as part of MediaBank’s standard support program.
