• O|X estimates and purchase orders contain unique features that empower you to control purchasing activity, including stored estimate shells, multiple version tracking, client estimate approval tracking and budget tracking. Estimates may be kept in multiple versions for comparison and client presentation.
• Production system is fully integrated with Print O|X to make use of routine information entered by media departments.
• Time accounting module allows you to record and maintain time sheets and use time costs to generate billing or for analysis purposes. Employee time charges are billable based upon agency ratecard.
• Vendor payments can be split between job (billable) and overhead items.
• "Alert" feature notifies agency personnel when jobs go over budget.
