MediaBank Print O|X manages your print magazine and newspaper media.  With the unique ability to operate as either stand-alone module or fully integrated system with the MediaBank O|X Production module, it includes planning, buying, traffic and accounting functions.

MediaBank O|X is the only system to integrate print buying with a production and traffic system to streamline the process and monitor ad status across multiple departments with ease.  The key components include media plans, contracts, insertion orders, vendor payment, client billing, integration with production and traffic systems, reporting and sequential liability.

MediaBank Print O|X seamlessly integrates with a number of third party systems and data providers: SRDS, Talent Partners and multiple planning and flow-charting systems, including MediaTools.

  • In-system Media Plans notifications manage scheduling across multiple departments and buyers can move media buys from plan to "live" without double-entry. Changes and potential conflicts are immediately communicated to the appropriate people.
  • "Media Plans" allow for easily produced estimates and complete Print analysis before orders are placed. May be uploaded from external sources.
  • Contracts store all rate types for various page size units and are fully automated, including "What if" reporting to forecast rebates, short rates and automatic rate changes.
  • Contract Analysis combines plans and orders to give accurate fulfillment projections.
  • Standard Buy Lists store information to reduce manual input. Up to 10 ads per buy. Up to 10 user defined cost types per buy.
  • A seamless and interactive insertion orders process automatically alerts departments when ad numbers and materials are needed, automatically calculates space close dates, and last minute changes are easy to maintain when combined with insertion faxing.
  • The bill/pay component offers a number of advantages: all vendor invoices are logged in the system, regardless of status, and discrepant invoices are tracked via the Invoice Hotlist©; client billing is customizable for form and content and sequential liability allows agencies to easily and effectively manage cash balances.
  • Reporting is made simple with the drag and drop reporting module.  Whether you are generating standard or highly customized ad hoc reports, you can request research, media, financial and traffic information at any level of detail and can run reports at any time.
  • O|X offers multiple buy entry options, accommodating both manual and upload capabilities to enter full media plan details
  • Buy audit feature tracks entry and modification of buys throughout Print system.
