Position Reports to:SVP of OX
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Writing and maintaining programs in JAVA is the primary focus of this position
- Lead a team of Java Developers
- Complete software lifecycle involvement from initial specification development through release and implementation
- Develop Interactive applications with high visibility within customer organizations
- Design and programming in a highly-agile, object-oriented environment
- Three-tier programming of user interface, business logic, and database layers
- Interaction with Project Manager, Quality Assurance, DBA, Unix Administrator, and Customer Support
- Stored procedure and database design and implementation
Requirements:
- 5+ years of custom software development experience
- 5+ years Java Experience
- Experience with AJAX/CSS/DHTML/Swing
- Experience with GUI framework for Swing
- Experience with database design and stored procedures
- Experience with Eclipse
- Experience with SOAP-based Web Services
- Experience with JDBC, Oracle RDMS, XML
- Experience with auto code generation
Qualifications:
- Top 5% in drive and intelligence

- Excellent written and verbal skills
Business experience in the following disciplines is a plus:
- Media software
- Web analytics
- Data warehousing
