Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Provide expert level Leadership Services to the top media agencies and our internal staff on the deployment of our service offering
- Facilitate the process of gathering and documenting business requirements
- Manage the functional and technical spec process to ensure the Account Managers, Product Managers, Business Analysts are meeting deadlines
- Assemble documentation
- Manage implementation methodologies to ensure successful visibility for all levels of management
- Ensure successful Leadership and timely completion of client project
- Possible, translation of customer requirements into specific technical requirements
- Oversee the Implementation and software development life cycle to ensure requirements and deadlines are being met
- Work with JIRA to ensure customer tickets are flowing through our internal process
- Create JIRA reports to ensure timelines/tasks are being met
- Analyze and understand client issues and communicate condition as needed at all levels
- Develop project plans and track deliverables
- Facilitate communication between all groups involved to coordinate the transfer of technical specifications
- Coordinate resolution of any pre-implementation issues that may arise
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as Project Manager
- 5+ years experience in information technology
- 2 year minimum of external client project management experience is required
- Excellent written, and oral communication skills required
- Organizational skills are a must
- Strong attention to detail, motivation, and self-initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to successfully maintain client relationships required
- Working knowledge of MS Project and Visio is required
- Experience with billing and invoicing is a plus
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree (CS, CIS, MIS or engineer major preferred) required
- PMP Required
