Position Reports to:
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
This position is responsible for selling media buying software to the advertising vertical. The Software Sales Executive will prospect and drive sales for the organization.
Duties include, but not limited to, the following:
- Generate, identify, qualify and develop Clients relationships
- Lead generation, opportunity qualification, proposal development, contract negotiation and closure
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior client managers, CXO level
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales to the advertising vertical or sales of business intelligence/analytics software
- Knowledge of the advertising vertical and related software such as Datatech, Donovan Data Systems (DDS)
- Knowledge of business intelligences, analytics, or related technologies
- Record of achieving sales goals
Job Qualifications:
- 5 + years in IT Services/Sales, Business Intelligences, Database, Software or related technology sales
- Selling to the Advertising vertical
- Proficient at lead generation, opportunity qualification, proposal development, contract negotiation and closure
- A demonstrated track record selling Software or Information Technology Services
- Prospector and farmer - special ability to develop strong long-term relationships
- Organize, plan and develop target account/vertical strategy
- Local & national contacts
- An entrepreneurial spirit
- Strategic accounts mindset
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Procurement software sales/ web-base services, nice to have
- Vertical experience, nice to have (Advertising, Media)
- Experience selling Datatech, Donovan Data System (DDS) software
