Position Reports to: Vice President of Operations
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Interpreting and resolving user questions concerning system use
- Users include planners, buyers, traffic, vendor clearance and client accounting staff
- Conducting user trainings
- On site trainings at client location
- Webex trainings
- Testing software applications
- Writing software documentation
- Administrative tasks related to supporting system applications
Expertise:
Specific opportunities exist for people with expertise in:
- Spot

- Print media
- Interactive media
- Direct Response
- Agency finance
Job Qualifications:
- Advertising background
- A working knowledge of the planning, buying and/or financial process is beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
- Prior experience with agency system(s)
- Ability to travel to client sites for training
Educational Background:
- College degree
